Self-Mastery Coaching Agreement – 1-on-1 Coaching (3-Month Minimum Commitment)

1) INTRODUCTION

Congratulations! We’re honored to support you in this new coaching journey with Joeytidiana Owens. This agreement outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and boundaries of our professional coaching relationship. Please read this agreement carefully. By signing at the end, you agree to the terms below.

Once signed, you will receive a welcome email from info@joiestrategiccoaching.com within 48 hours, including scheduling instructions and an intake form.

2) PROGRAM STRUCTURE & LENGTH

This agreement is for a minimum of 3 months (12 weeks) of 1-on-1 coaching. After the initial 3-month commitment, coaching may continue month-to-month on a retainer basis until either party gives notice to terminate.

Notice to End: A minimum of two weeks’ written notice is required before your next payment date. Email both:

3) WHAT YOUR COACHING INCLUDES

A. Private Coaching Calls

You’ll receive ___ (insert number) 60-minute sessions with Joeytidiana each month.
Bring at least one specific challenge, desire, or question to each call.
Joeytidiana will prepare in advance by reviewing your goals and progress.

Preparation Requirement:

You must complete the Pre-Coaching Questionnaire 48 hours before the first call. Ongoing check-ins should be completed at least 7 days before each session for maximum effectiveness. Link: https://g084133aasn.typeform.com/to/Ur1UjgYC

Rescheduling Policy:

You may cancel/reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.
Sessions must be made up within 7 days.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Unused time does not roll over from month to month.

B. Self-Mastery Masterclass Access

You’ll receive access to Joeytidiana’s 12-Week Self-Mastery Intensive (live or recorded).
Includes: 12 two-hour group masterclasses with Q&A, plus homework assignments.
Replays will be available for 30 days after the program ends.
You'll be added to a Private Member Group for access to materials and discussion.

C. Bonus Networking
Joeytidiana may offer curated introductions to other clients, collaborators, or colleagues. Requests are welcome.

4) PAUSING YOUR PROGRAM

A. Coach-Initiated Pause: In cases of emergency, vacation, or illness, Joeytidiana may pause the engagement. Written notice will be provided, and your program will be extended accordingly.

Annual Closures: December 24 – January 2 and one week in March (no sessions during this time). These do not qualify as pauses.

B. Client-Initiated Pause: You may pause your engagement for up to 1 month with two weeks’ notice (except in emergency cases). No coaching or Voxer support will be available during a pause. Payments are deferred accordingly, not canceled.

5) PAYMENT DETAILS

You have secured your coaching with a Voluntary Offering payment agreement.

In-House Payment Plan Policy:

If a payment fails, you have 10 days to update your payment method.
After 10 days, your account is considered past due:
- 7.5% late fee will apply.
- After 30 days overdue, all services will be paused until the full balance is paid.
- A new contract will be required to resume.

6) RESULTS, REFUNDS & RESPONSIBILITY

This is a collaborative relationship. Joeytidiana is your guide, consultant, and support system. However, your success depends on your effort, ownership, and implementation.

No refunds will be granted for any reason, due to the nature of coaching and access to materials.

Communication is key. If you have concerns or feel your needs are not being met, speak directly with Joeytidiana so appropriate adjustments can be made.

7) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONSENT

All content and materials (trainings, calls, group coaching, written resources) remain the intellectual property of Joeytidiana Owens.

You receive a single-user, non-transferable license for use in your own personal or business development upon full payment.

Do not reproduce or distribute content without written consent. Attribution to Joeytidiana Owens is required where content is referenced.

You may be asked to participate in testimonials, success stories, or client case studies. No quotes or images will be used publicly without your written consent.

8) DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises and cannot be resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to:

Attempt confidential mediation through the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
If unresolved, proceed to binding arbitration through AAA.

All proceedings will be held in the city of Joeytidiana Owens’ business headquarters. Costs of arbitration will be shared equally.

Under no circumstances is Joeytidiana liable for more than 100% of the coaching fee paid.

9) MISCELLANEOUS TERMS

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state where Joeytidiana Owens is headquartered.
If any section is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.
Electronic signatures are valid.
This is the entire agreement. Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
