3. Non-Refundable Policy
All purchases made for any products, services, and programs, including The 12 Week Intensive, are final and non-refundable. By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge and accept that your fee cannot be returned or transferred under any circumstances.

6. Payment Terms
For programs and services with payment plans, payments will be automatically charged to your designated payment method based on the agreed-upon schedule. It is your responsibility to ensure that adequate funds are available. If any payment fails, your access to our services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

All content, materials, and resources provided in our programs and services are the intellectual property of Joie Strategic Coaching and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
